Ordering Procedure You’ve decided you’d like to become a Vendmax ENERGISER Profit Center distributor.
What's the next step?
- Fill out the application for a distributorship as soon as possible to avoid being left out as we expect the response to our program to be overwhelming.
Vendmax limits the number of our distributorships in any given area so as not to oversaturate a particular market. We have found this to be more effective to have fewer distributors with more room to grow and expand. Our customers love this because they receive a bigger market share of their area.
- You will receive a call indicating whether you have been approved within 24 hours of receiving your application.
- If you are approved then the details of your order such as package size,
options, extra product, payment terms etc. would all be taken by a Vendmax
Marketing Representative.
- An invoice document will then be forwarded to you by e-mail or fax for
your review:
If all is in order, then arrangement for payment can then be made.
You would then sign
a copy of the invoice and fax back to (204) 694-8700 or email us. Keep a copy for your records.
If paying by credit card, include all card details on the invoice and if by certified cheque or bank draft, make it payable to Vendmax International Inc.
and we will provide you with our FedEx account number.
If paying by bank wire transfer refer to our banking details.
If you need time to arrange financing then submit a 25% deposit of full invoice total to secure your distributorship with the balance payable on or before 10 business days from date of invoice.
- Upon receipt of your signed documents and full balance you will be
assigned a customer number and your order will then be shipped within 10 business days
or less of our receiving payment in full.
We try to keep a full stock of machines and product on hand all the times, but if we are temporarily out of one item or another you will be informed prior to sending your documents and then you would only remit 25% of the full invoice total to hold your order and to secure your distributor status.
When your order is ready to be shipped in full, you will be informed and can then send the balance due prior to shipping.
- When we receive your full payment we will then provide you with contact of a locator if you wish to choose such a service. He or she will call you to make arrangements to come out and start finding your locations or they may be done by telemarketing. You will pay the 50% deposit to the locator plus you pay the balance due to the locator when the job is completed to your satisfaction. The locator requires a deposit of 50% of the total location fees in advance and the fees are on average $100.00 per location. But may vary from locator to locator.
- After you have received your equipment the locating process can begin as soon as possible, usually within one or two weeks. The reasons for obtaining locations after you receive your Energiser machines are that locations will then be fresh and you should put out your Energiser no more than two or three days after obtaining the locations, so as not to risk losing a location due to a location owners change of mind or a competitor sneaking into your location.
- When the locator arrives, you will be contacted and should meet with him or her for an initial consultation meeting to discuss your preferred area for placement unless the locator is obtaining locations by telemarketing and would then send you location data as required by fax or e-mail for you to check out and if approved to place the machines into.
- Once you have received your locations, you can then pay the locator the balance of his or her fee.
- The next step is to start placing your Energiser machines and obtaining the signatures on the location agreements left with you by the locator. Remember the location owner is only signing to prove he or she has accepted this machine on his or her premises. The prime purpose of having a location agreement is that it proves you have your property on the location owners premises. Therefore if the location burns down or the location owner goes bankrupt you have legal recourse to retrieve your equipment or for reimbursement from the location owners insurance company,
If you can take the time off work a good way to acquire locations and be in total control during the locating process is to use a van or truck if you own one or else just rent one and stack The ENERGISER machines flat and separate them with cardboard so you can stack them up and take approximately 10 per trip. The Energiser will be filled with product prior to being put in the van or truck.
You now drive the locator to the area you want he or she to start acquiring locations. Now you just sit back until a location is acquired and help put the Energiser out. A good locator should be able to acquire 10 to 15 locations per day, in this way you have seen the location, introduced yourself to the location owner and the machine is placed in a preferable area in that location.
