Tom Semeniuk, President & CEO
Mr. Semeniuk brings a successful background of marketing management and
development of innovative products to VENDMAX INTERNATIONAL INC. Mr. Semeniuk
founded Redi-Serv Foods in Brandon, Manitoba in 1974. This concept was to
provide nutritional snacks and soups for school lunch programs via mail order
and phone order. The business grew to be the major supplier to over 300 schools
covering an area from North Western Ontario to Alberta plus the far North. He
sold the business in 1982 and it is still flourishing today.
In 1983 Mr. Semeniuk was hired as the Marketing Manager for International Rug
Co. of Montreal, Quebec for the Manitoba, Sask., N.W. Ontario regions. He built
up a dealer network of over 400 dealers from zero and yielded sales of over
$3,000,000 per year. He was the #1 salesman in Canada for International Rug Co.
from 1983 - 88.
Mr. Semeniuk left the company to start his own business selling vending machines
in 1988 and continued selling them as a distributor until he developed the idea
of manufacturing a unique gumball vending machine. Hence, VENDMAX INTERNATIONAL
INC. was formed in 1997 to design & Produce the best small vending machines in
the world. Mr. Semeniuk has built VENDMAX to become a world leader in this field
and has received numerous awards in recognition of its success.
Barry Sobovitch, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Sobovitch brings to VENDMAX an extensive background in vending route
operations management, along with excellent organizational and problem solving
skills. Mr. Sobovitch handles all shipping, freight, parts and warranty issues
and is thoroughly familiar with all the workings of Vendmax equipment.
Buffy Babb, Office Manager
As VENDMAX is a rapidly growing corporation we felt that Buffy would bring to
VENDMAX a high level of organizational skills required in a computerized office
environment. As our database grows, it is comforting to know that all
information is filed regularly for instant recall when necessary.
Buffy was previously a freelance accounting consultant to many major
