Missing Children Society of
Canada and Vendmax
The Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC) is a registered
non-profit organization dedicated to the search for abducted and
runaway children. MCSC provides a comprehensive investigative
program called Project: Reunite, free of charge, to assist police
and searching parents in the active ongoing search for missing
children. The program helps over 300 families each year and has
assisted police in closing over 5,800 cases since the project began.

Vendmax has supported the Missing Children Society of Canada since
2003, raising awareness and funds for our organization by funding
the production of stickers featuring missing children. In addition,
Vendmax encourages its clients to display these stickers on their
vending machines and make donations to MCSC. As a direct result of
these activities, MCSC has received tips about our cases which have
helped us find missing children, children like Hannah and Cedar
Hawach, two sisters reunited with their mother, Melissa in 2006
MCSC’s partnership with Vendmax has raised over $130,000.00 dollars
to date.
The dedication of Vendmax and of Vendmax’s clients’, both past and
present, has been incredible.
Over 60,000 children are reported missing each year in Canada. While
most return home within a short period of time, many others do not.
It is for these children that the search must continue.
We thank Vendmax for helping MCSC bring these children home. |
